- All tasting journal entries, notes, and ratings
- Your Palette Journey progress and palate tier history
- Sip Tokens balance and earned rewards
- Wine preferences and AI personalization data
- Any reviews or ratings you submitted to the catalog will be anonymized — your name is removed but the rating data is kept to preserve wine recommendations for other users
